Data of All-Russian scientific and practical Internet conference «Problems of hygienic safety and prevention of work productivity impairment among workers» summarize the scientific and practical experience of hygienists and occupational pathologists on issues related to ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population of the Russian Federation during the implementation of national projects.
The publications of researchers from various regions of the Russian Federation are devoted to the study of the hygienic aspects of reducing the risks of developing occupational and non-infectious pathology and prevention of occupational diseases, issues of medical and social expertise, and new approaches to the rehabilitation of occupational therapy patients. The collection highlights the results of scientific work on the study of the molecular genetic mechanisms of occupational diseases, as well as the impact of environmental factors, production and working processes on homeostasis and adaptation of the body. An assessment of the effectiveness of medical and preventive technologies for maintaining labour longevity is given. A separate section of the collection is devoted to the problem of preventing new coronavirus infection among medical workers, establishing the occupational etiology of the disease and the aftercare of this category of employees.
The publications will be useful for specialists from the organizations of Rospotrebnadzor, research institutes, educational institutions of higher education in the medical and preventive sphere, students, graduate students, doctors, and specialists working in related fields of science and practical health care.

Материалы Всероссийской научно-практической интернет-конференции «Проблемы гигиенической безопасности и профилактики нарушений трудоспособности у работающих» обобщают научный и практический опыт гигиенистов и профпатологов по вопросам, касающимся обеспечения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения Российской Федерации в период выполнения национальных проектов.
Публикации исследователей из различных регионов Российской Федерации посвящены изучению гигиенических аспектов снижения рисков развития профессиональной и неинфекционной патологии и профилактике профессионально обусловленных заболеваний, вопросам медико-социальной экспертизы и новым подходам к реабилитации профессиональных больных. В сборнике освещены результаты научных работ по изучению молекулярно-генетических механизмов профессиональных заболеваний, а также воздействие факторов окружающей среды, производственного и трудового процессов на гомеостаз и адаптацию организма. Приводится оценка эффективности медико-профилактических технологий для сохранения трудового долголетия. Отдельный раздел сборника посвящен проблеме профилактики новой коронавирусной инфекции у медицинских работников, установления профессиональной этиологии заболевания и реабилитации данной категории работников.
Материалы предназначены для специалистов органов и организаций Роспотребнадзора, НИИ, образовательных учреждений высшего образования по медико-профилактическому направлению, студентов, аспирантов, врачей и специалистов, работающих в смежных областях науки и практики.
